The Wholesale model allow resellers to purchase Secure Privacy for their clients. You invoice your clients using your own rates. We invoice you when you add customer licenses to the reseller portal. As a reseller, you are in charge of of setup, billing and support. The legal relationship is between you and the customer and Secure Privacy has no relation to the end-customer. You get up to 75% discount on Secure Privacy list prices.

Retail Model

The Retail model allow resellers to provide customers with set-up, implementation and support of Secure Privacy. From your reseller portal, you can invite your customers to join via an email sent to the customer or by using a unique reseller link. Both you as reseller and the customer has access to the customer account and all configurations. We invoice the customer and the reseller get a 50% administration fee of all revenue generated for the first 3 years and 20% hereafter.

In the wholesale model you will be responsible for the relationship, support and billing of the end customer. You will have white label options at your disposal. Secure Privacy will not have a relationship with your customers.

In the retail model, Secure Privacy will still maintain a relationship with the end customer, assisting with support, and billing.
